Sept 24th- 26th.. District Conference in SKEGNESS
Our theme 'Home and Abroad' embraced not only Rotary’s International initiatives but also our involvement here at Home. Subjects as wide ranging a Malaria, Diabetes, Altzymas and Cancer together with help for our wounded soldiers featured throughout the two days.
All Rotary begins at Club level and to this end we gave time in the programme for an Open Forum with questions from Rotary members.
Presentations were short and hard hitting, giving food for thought.
The intention of the Conference was to enthuse and inspire members as well as taking time out for some fun and entertainment on both Friday and Saturday evening.
