The Rotary Club of Skegness sent money and cleaning materials to the victims of the floods in the North

Skegness Rotarians rose to the call from DG Margaret Taylor and collected £1000 from the generous people of Skegness and the surrounding areas
Many gave donations of much needed cleaning materials.

The Hildreds centre and Morrisons gave us space to collect and the Royal hotel was a collection point for the week.

Morrisons and B and Q also gave generous donations and Cavendish Autos donated a van to help with the relief effort.

The donations were then taken by Skegness rotarians to a central collection point for the Rotary district in Lincoln.

President Carole and Rotarian Debby then joined the convoy of Rotarians from the District led by James Wood from Lincoln to deliver the donations to the flood relief centre at Todmorden.

A brilliant and very welcomed effort by the generous people of Skegness and the District.
